Nevada desert shapes an inner and far mind location for a unique deep experience, between imagination, memories, and misterious events. The film represents the first step of a bigger project in progress that aims to develop, to build and destroy its narration during the time. The american passage of the european filmmaker and videoartist Andrea Dojmi, with the music of the guitarist and field recordist Flushing Device. Maybe a movie about aliens abductions and adolescence, youth and identity, “The distance to the sun” takes us back to a remote corner of our imagination, probably located in our lost and far memories.
