“I am the space, I am the table, I’m the chair, I’m the voice of my thoughts, I am the plant, I’m the present, I am the lamp, I’m the silence, I’m the book, I’m the city of my land, I am the movement of my soul, I’m the face of my head. I am the shhhhh…..of my darkness, I’m the child of the past. I am the collector of the time. Am I?” The two channel video installation is based on a study of synchronous actions. It is also inspired by the essay of Gertrude Stein, “The Geographical History of America or the Relation of Human Nature to the Human Mind”.
