Symphony 1 Opus 09

Directly extracted from a happening, Symphony #1 op.09 & 13 is a ballet of fruits and plastic bottles based on the phenomenon of immanence on the junction of various flows acting upon one another. In this rudimentary intervention, where the basic consumable becomes the raw material and the protagonist of the scene, the artist’s gesture is only causing the incident, such as a call to the random event through a provocation of this one; the artist’s role only consisting in putting down the oranges (first event), and letting them create the second event (rolling and parasiting), direct consequence of this action. At the first sight, the plunging plan somewhat disturbs the point of view, but thus the video image can be perceived as a painting (here, the orange spots wriggle on the geometrical rigidity of the escalator).
