Red pepper

Very often in Korean food we use the hot taste of the big red pepper. I like it very much. For me, it is the taste from the mouth converted to the whole body: the taste of food, the memory of food, the good feeling after eating, the relationship with people, learning about a different culture of food and behaviour, respect for food, ritual of food, histories of food… a lot of things can be thought about it.
