Mpoukouvala Anthi

Born in Athens in 1977. She earned the 1st Scholarship in Photography by Hellenic Republic State Scholarships Foundation IKY and studied Master in Digital Arts in the University of the Arts London 2005. She graduated in Painting and Photography at Athens School of Fine Arts 1998-2003 and in 2002, with the Scholarship Socrates Erasmus, she continued her studies in France. She participated in several International group exhibitions in the past five years in Greece, as the 5th International Festival of Films and New Media, the 11th Biennale of young artists of Europe and Mediterranean, the 8th , 9th and 11th International month of Photography at Deste Foundation, Asfa and Gallery Periplanisi respectively, the 9th International Meeting of New Artists in Didimotiho, at the Foundation of the Hellenic World. She earned a distinction in Poster Competitions as that of Oasa, of Cosmote-Deste, of Media Save Art and of Papagos municipal library. She was the Photographer of the Company Surf Team (1999-2002).
