Foster Prior Gabriel

Gabriel Foster Prior is an Edinburgh based filmmaker. Working as a director and video artist creating short fiction and experimental video. Some abstract, some concrete. Films with and without a narrative. Some with and some without actors. Objects feature strongly, as do trains. A sense of place is usually important. Most have more than a touch of surrealism, absurdism, even. Influences range from Jan Svankmajer to Mike Leigh, via Charlie Kauffman.
