Water – The Molecular Of Water

The molecule of water, being electrically neutral, acts frequently as having electric load, because of its strange bipolar structure. This is due to the fact that the oxygen atom attracts the electrons of the two hydrogen atoms and the result is that the area of the molecular where the hydrogen atoms are, is partially loaded with positive electric loads.
