Subjectivity

Thoughts are formed, take shape and are expressed with words. We hear the words and watch the person who has created them. Senses provide us with information along with the sound and the image. But what is that we understand? Is it the the other had thought? Is it what he wanted us to understand? To what extend do these two coincide?
