Rockets and Satellites

The artist used two completely different books, some old postcards she found, and created a link between them, to build a fictional story. She made up a narrative, which explores the interconnection we have with each other. Each part of us and of our lives is a part of someone else’s life. We need the others to form ourself, either by a direct or mediated experience. The predefined path created by our society e.g. ideal man, marriage, children -and believed that each one has to follow, is being questioned. Each person tries to get rid of his taboos and live his life the way he/she wants.
