Michel Foucault’s “Panopticon”

The present video is a study on the idea of Michel Foucault for the reformatory system and its design, concerning discipline and punishment. A proposal for the reformation, in legal and social level, is the design of a prison building from Jeremy Bentham, named Panopticon. Foucault considered Panopticon a paradigm of the ‘disciplinary’ institutions.
