Impetus I

My work is inspired by biological processes and their relationship to consciousness. Our sentience is the bi-product of evolution, which is shaped by the environment. As a result, cognizance is molded by the physical world. The physical form and consciousness are equally malleable and in a constant state of transformation. I have chosen 3D animation as my medium because of its versatility and its unlimited potential in creating artificial (aesthetically organic) environments. The plethora of environments that can be created within the virtual domain is comparable to the variety found in the natural world.
