Anima Flammeus
The project was made in the line of Digital Resource Creation Course at the Advanced Technology and New Media School of Marousi municipality, Amsat. It’s an attempt to visualize poetry. Inspired by a personal composition of verses – inner thoughts, I have experimented processing digital video captures and still image portraits, kindly given by photographers . This process led me to a moving collage with influences from the photographer Joel Peter Witkin, the painter and designer Seth Siro Anton, and the silver screen version of the book “The Black Dahlia”. The editing of the all the material was made with Photoshop and Premier. The music theme is composed by Septic Flesh (Be hold the land of promise – Sumerian Daemons) and edited according to the video.
