Winkler Sylvia / Koeperl Stephan

Sylvia Winkler (*1969 / Austria) and Stephan Koeperl (*1966 / Germany) got their degrees from the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart. Their collaboration started 1997 in Kunming/P.R. China. Since then they have realized urban interventions in numerous different places around the world, like P.R.China, Japan, Bangkok, Cairo, Samara RU, Mexico City, Montreal as well as all over Europe. Their works evolve from observations in situ and are exclusively planned and realized for each single location and context.
