Luisa Mota

Luisa Mota was born in Oporto in 1984 and lives and works between Portugal and London. She studied Visual Arts at the Wimbledon College of Art in London and at Goldsmiths, University of London. She has exhibited regularly since the late 2000s. The following solo shows are of special note: “Luisa Mota” (Galeria Fernando Santos, Oporto, 2007); “Julie Series” (Galeria Fernando Santos, Lisbon, 2008); “Hold Your Horses” (Project Room, Galeria Fernando Santos, Oporto, 2010); “Going Deeper” (Espaco Fundacao PLMJ, Lisbon, 2010).
