Jerome Symons

Jerome Symons is sculptor and videomaker in the Netherlands. His monumental sculptures are in China, Dubai, South-Korea, Lebanon, Turkey and in many cities in the Netherlands. Recent sculptures are: Free speech point, Istanbul, 2010; Human Rights Monument, Zaandam, NL, 2010. His compact videoworks are often sociocritical and always poetical explorations of life on a short timeline. Jerome Symons is initiator and curator of the Cankaya International Public Art Manifestation 2011 in Ankara (May/June 2011).
