Fenner Shelagh

Shelagh Fenner is a British-born artist working with a range of media, from traditional 2D forms to photography and video. With an academic background in social science, her work is informed by an interest in the individual’s place in society. Her current work explores visual signs and commonly held perceptions surrounding the notion of the power of belief. This is manifest in recentprojects such as the videos, O Deus Meus and Cantata. Shelagh Fenner studied Fine Art at The Liverpool School of Art. She lives in North West England with her partner and their children.
