Effie Pappa

Effie Pappa was born in Igoumenitsa Thesprotias, Greece, in 1986 and studied Graphic Design at TEI of Athens, Faculty of Applied Arts & Design. Since 2008, she has been creating graphics, children’s book illustrations, web-sites as well as short animated films, music videos, commercials, educational and personal works. Her last short film “1,2 Million Children” has been officially selected in numerous international film festivals, earned the 2nd Animation Award at 6th Animfest and broadcast by SKAI TV, Mtv Exit, BBC and Channel 4. She is also co-founder of “geometry”, a designers’ collective.
