Danae Papaioannou

Born in Rome in 1987. After spending a childhood in different countries (USA, Pakistan, Greece, Egypt, Syria), I studied visual arts and cinema in Paris, where I have been living for the past 9 years. Regarding my works, I try to turn to my countries of origin, Greece and Cyprus, as much as I can for inspiration. It is a way for me to stay in touch with my roots as years go by.
