Broeke Jenny

Jenny van den Broeke (Goes, 1983) studied animation at the art academy of St Joost, Breda, the Netherlands. She specialized in mixed media with a strong love for cut out animation. The atmosphere inside a movie is the most important thing and has big influence on how the audience ‘reads’ the film. She tries to reach this special atmosphere by use of an unique design. Together with four friends, she founded apvis, a filmcollective. Together they search for other ways to tell stories in animation, audiovisual art and design.
