Bittner Wolfgang

Wolfgang Bittner (*1981, Salzburg) is a visual artist working in the field of video, photography and installation. He started his artistic career as a painter, before becoming more and more interested in the possibilities of time based and interactive media. Beside the production of short films, large photographic prints and interactive installations, he has been producing video projections for theatre and audiovisual live performances. In 2005 he earned his diploma (Mag. Art) at the Kunstuniversitaet Linz, Experimentelle Gestaltung, before enrolling at the ArtScience interfaculty in Den Haag (MA). His work has been shown at numerous international art exhibitions, film festivals, and theatres.
