Shot in a disused pottery in Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent, Latent utilises time-lapse video to expose the stillness inherent in a once busy workplace awaiting new usage in a post-industrial city. Originally commissioned for Place, Space and Identity arts programme in North Staffordshire.
